Maruti Suzuki has officially launched the Victoris, its latest mid-size SUV, today, September 3, 2025. Positioned between the Brezza and Grand Vitara in Maruti’s lineup, the Victoris aims to redefine the SUV experience with its blend of style, performance, and advanced features.
Design and Features
The Victoris boasts a bold design with a sleek horizontal grille, sharp LED headlamps, and pixel-patterned connected LED taillamps. It rides on 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels and features a floating roof effect with blacked-out pillars. Inside, the SUV offers a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a floating touchscreen infotainment system, panoramic sunroof, 64-colour ambient lighting, and a wireless phone charger. It also comes equipped with ventilated front seats and a PM2.5 air purifier for enhanced comfort and air quality.

Powertrain Options
The Victoris offers multiple powertrain options:
- 1.5L Petrol Engine: 103 PS power, available with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.
- 1.5L Strong Hybrid: 116 PS power, paired with an e-CVT gearbox for best-in-class fuel efficiency.
- 1.5L Petrol+CNG: 88 PS power, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.()

Additionally, the Victoris offers an all-wheel-drive (AWD) configuration, catering to buyers seeking adventure-ready capabilities.
Safety and Technology
Safety is a top priority for the Victoris, which has secured a 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating. Standard safety features include six airbags, Level 2 ADAS, electronic parking brake, 360-degree camera, and all-wheel disc brakes. ADAS functionalities cover adaptive cruise control with curve speed reduction, automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and high-beam assist.

Pricing and Availability
The Maruti Suzuki Victoris is available in six broad variants: Lxi, Vxi, Zxi, Zxi(O), Zxi Plus, and Zxi (O) Plus. It is priced competitively, starting at approximately ₹12.00 lakh (ex-showroom), making it an attractive option in the mid-size SUV segment. The Victoris will be sold exclusively through Maruti’s Arena dealerships and is expected to be exported to over 100 global markets.
