Maruti Victoris vs Hyundai Creta vs Grand Vitara: which one is better?

The Hyundai Creta is the most powerful in this regard. This includes the 1.5 -litre petrol, 1.5 -litre diesel and the 1.5 -litre turbo-petrol as well. The power output goes from 115 HP to 160 HP. Transmission options include CVT, DCT and torque converter.

On the other hand, the 1.5 -litre petrol engines on the Victoris and Grand Vitara range from 103 hp to 116 hp (hybrid) power. Both manual and automatic gearboxes are available. The Victoris and the Grand Vitara are also offered with e-CVT along with the option of stronger hybrids and AWD. That is, in terms of power, Creta is ahead, but in terms of technology and hybrid options, Maruti’s SUVs look more affordable and advanced.

Which one is better in fuel efficiency?

When it comes to fuel efficiency, the Victoris comes out on top. The powerful hybrid engine returns a mileage of 28.65 km / l, while the standard petrol version returns 21km / l and the AWD version returns 19km / l.

The hybrid version of the Grand Vitara returns a mileage of 27.79 km / l, which is slightly lower than the Victoris. The other variants are around the same.

The diesel version of the Creta returns a mileage of 17.4 km / l to 21.8 km / l. That is, if you want the most affordable SUV, then the Victoris Hybrid is the best option.

Which is more costly?

The Hyundai Creta is priced between Rs 11.1 lakh and Rs 20.9 lakh.

The Grand Vitara is priced between Rs 11.4 lakh and Rs 20.6 lakh.

The price of the Victoris is yet to be decided, but it is expected to be slightly cheaper than the Grand Vitara. Looking at the price and mileage, the Victoris can prove to be better for customers who want more savings. At the same time, Creta is still the most preferred SUV for those who want power and premium.
